Month- of Wedding Coordination
The countdown is on! I will meet with you 6-8 weeks prior to your event to discuss your day-of requirements. During these meetings we will work together to create a manageable timeline that works well for you and your big day. Together, we will attend any final vendor/venue meetings to ensure we are all on the same page. Finally, on the day-of, I will be your representative throughout the duration of the day so that you can relax with your loved ones without worry!
A few of the details involved in these services are:
Initial meeting to decide if LQ Event Co. is right for you
2 meetings 6-8 weeks before the big day to discuss wedding day timeline, vendor contracts/timing and finalize decor details
Wedding planning timeline and vendor recommendations
Attend final vendor meetings, venue walk- through as well as rehearsal
Arrive day-of to assist with any required set up/ relocation of decor etc.
Confirm and coordinate details and logistics with vendors, ceremony speakers and other service providers
Provide recommendations for any vendors/ services you may have missed
Ensure day follows your unique timeline
Tear down and clean up of any items the venue does not assist with (*Package add-on)
On-site for any issues that may pop up throughout the day so you do not have to stress
The month-of coordination package is a budget-friendly investment that includes coordination for the final, and most hectic, 8 weeks leading up to your special day. At a time when you may be feeling the pressure, a month-of wedding coordinator is a wonderful asset to have.
